Despite several hundred SPSs, the rates of poverty and vulnerability are still high in India. CAAP aims to-

• Empower people with practical and up-to-date information on SPSs, their eligibility, benefits, and procedure.
• Mobilize the community, promote SPS seeking behavior.
• Assist the people in accessing their rights.
• Promote upward social mobility of all sections of society.
• Foster inclusive growth of the society.
• Boost economic growth of the nation.

  Fragmentation, duplication, and inadequate targeting are common features in the current design and delivery of SPS. CAAP aims to-

• Generate latest insights on the design and delivery of SPSs in India.
• Give recommendations in the form of policy briefs, position papers etc.
• Give voice to the people by publishing needs-based research.
• Support other researchers in the field by hosting LRs, compendiums and partnerships.
